Shawna is an IFBB Bodybuilding Professional and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.  She has a B.S. Degree in Nutrition as well as a B.S. Degree in Community Health Education.  Shawna has been coaching clients since 2006, transforming the lives of many with her tried and true techniques.  She loves helping others overcome challenges, and will be the ultimate guide to getting you in shape, feeling your best, and bringing out your best!

No! This coaching is purely online. The programs are designed based on what you have access to.  There are optional ways to communicate so it is easy no matter where you are.

If you put your heart into this program, you will feel a positive impact on your life! Feel better,  stronger, and develop a healthier mindset. The benefits are vast!

Your first lesson is to focus on succeeding now, not holding onto past failures. With consistency, discipline, and practice, there are no limits as to what you will receive. In as little as 8 weeks you can see and feel changes happening.

The program you require and what you are able to commit to will determine how many days per week and how long you should train. 

I do my best to be as detailed and thorough as possible so you can learn and execute the exercises properly. There are demonstration videos within the app which are very helpful!
