No. This training is for helping build stamina, agility, and strengthening muscles, and used to compliment your daily life and sport activities. For muscle hypertrophy you need to challenge the body using additional training techniques.
You need minimal equipment with this style of training, therefore you can train anywhere.
You can still use the information in this book to build challenge for yourself.
I kept this book short and simple to help anyone learn and understand the basics. Video demonstrations are available to properly teach the exercises outlined in the book.
The speed at which you “see” results depends on your level of commitment to your program, and what needs to improve. Once you start following your program, you should feel immediate effects, and physical change can be realistically noticed after 30 days, although some notice sooner.
Your goals and ability to commit will determine how much time you need to invest.
It depends upon your physical issue. The programs in the book are general and not specific to you. For a customized program, I will create it to avoid that area to prevent further injury. If you have an area of concern, I recommend to have your doctor give you the do’s and don’ts prior to starting up.
All sales are final upon delivery of the book and access to video demos.
