Degree in Community Health Education.  Shawna has been coaching clients since 2006, transforming the lives of many with her tried and true techniques.  She loves helping others overcome challenges, and will be the ultimate guide to getting you in shape, feeling your best, and bringing out your best!

Not unless that is what you desire!  This program can be customized for any body type or goal, no matter what shape you start in, or what you want to achieve.

You don’t need a gym to get in shape!  Your program can be designed based around what you do or don’t have access to.  Your success is determined by how well you follow through with the program.

No problem.  Many people I worked with started from scratch.  I will do my very best to help you understand everything you are doing and why.  I got you!

I have worked with other personal trainers to competitive athletes, and love sharing my knowledge and new ways to help you with your goals.

The speed at which you “see” results depends on your level of commitment to your program, and what needs to improve.  Once you start following your program, you should feel immediate effects, and physical change can be realistically noticed after 30 days, although some notice sooner.

 Your goals and ability to commit will determine how much time you need to invest. We will discuss this in the initial stage of your program.

I will listen to your concerns and create the best plan for you to meet your needs.  There are solutions to everything!

It depends upon investigation of your physical issue.  Your program will be created to avoid that area or prevent further injury.  I recommend you have your doctor give you the do’s and don’ts prior to starting up.

If you follow everything in the program and are consistent with all (including communication) and you are unhappy with it, I offer a 30 day, 50% refund.

No worries! When you come to the end of your program I will give you the option to extend it on a month to month basis, or to purchase a longer program.
